{"id":8850,"date":"2022-10-10T00:14:03","date_gmt":"2022-10-10T05:14:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noticiasveracruz.com\/?p=8850"},"modified":"2022-10-10T00:14:03","modified_gmt":"2022-10-10T05:14:03","slug":"el-silencio-complice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noticiasveracruz.com\/index.php\/2022\/10\/10\/el-silencio-complice\/","title":{"rendered":"El silencio c\u00f3mplice"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><b>Por Ricardo Homs <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Que el presidente L\u00f3pez Obrador, -siguiendo su estilo intimidatorio-, amenace con investigar al Juez Francisco Javier Rebolledo<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>por haber emitido una suspensi\u00f3n provisional para que la SEP no instrumente en 960 escuelas un programa piloto para evaluar el nuevo plan de estudios tiene dos \u00f3pticas: una de ellas reconocer que en el Poder Judicial a\u00fan hay jueces con dignidad, que defienden lo que consideran correcto y ben\u00e9fico para el pa\u00eds. Esta es la buena noticia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Por otra parte, se refrenda su car\u00e1cter intolerante contra quienes no piensan como \u00e9l, que durante cuatro a\u00f1os ha externado el presidente L\u00f3pez Obrador durante la ma\u00f1anera.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Sin embargo, el silencio c\u00f3mplice de quienes encabezan el Poder Judicial es preocupante. Debieran salir al paso a exigir respeto para uno de sus miembros, que simplemente cumpli\u00f3 con el mandato que le da nuestra Constituci\u00f3n, pero quedaron mudos. O es que los atemorizaron, o sucumbieron ante alguna promesa salida de Palacio Nacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Al margen de opinar sobre el contenido de la resoluci\u00f3n del juez, salta a la vista la actitud autoritaria del presidente, quien ya ha olvidado que \u00e9l, -durante 18 a\u00f1os-, se dijo v\u00edctima del sistema pol\u00edtico del pa\u00eds y hoy que tiene el poder absoluto, repite el mismo rol de sus antecesores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Avisar en una ma\u00f1anera que est\u00e1n investigando desde presidencia de la rep\u00fablica a un juez es una amenaza y ello significa represi\u00f3n y censura, adem\u00e1s de una interferencia contra la impartici\u00f3n de justicia, pues a \u00e9l no le alcanza desde su honroso cargo para interferir en las actividades de ninguno de los dos poderes que son independientes del Poder Ejecutivo: el Legislativo y el Judicial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Es censura porque lo que pretende el presidente es sembrar miedo en todos los jueces que reciban un caso en contra de alguna de las prioridades fijadas por \u00e9l y entonces se abstengan de fallar en contra del gobierno federal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Hoy vemos un grave peligro que recorre Latinoam\u00e9rica y es la p\u00e9rdida de respeto por el Estado de Derecho por parte de quienes gobiernan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Lo mismo es Nayib Bukele, presidente de El Salvador, -quien violando la constituci\u00f3n de su pa\u00eds-, pretende reelegirse, que<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>la pareja presidencial, -compuesta por Daniel Ortega y su esposa Rosario Murillo-, presidente y vicepresidente de Nicaragua, quienes han acaparado la atenci\u00f3n de la prensa internacional al buscar gobernar por encima de la constituci\u00f3n de su pa\u00eds, no obstante haber llegado a la presidencia de sus respectivos pa\u00edses, por el voto ciudadano, a trav\u00e9s de trav\u00e9s de la democracia, pero ya instalados en el poder por el voto ciudadano, se olvidan de \u00e9l.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Es la sociedad civil la que debe tomar las riendas de su futuro y proteger al Estado de Derecho, pues ning\u00fan partido pol\u00edtico lo har\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Del Estado de Derecho se deriva el respeto a nuestra Constituci\u00f3n y las leyes que de
