Alberto Woolrich<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">En el M\u00e9xico de hoy las instituciones de procuraci\u00f3n e impartici\u00f3n de justicia deber\u00edan de ser, m\u00e1s no lo son, unas entidades de vanguardia. Hoy nos encontramos, por y para desgracia, en un proceso mediante el cual se le da continuidad a la corrupci\u00f3n que permea en ellas, esa consolidaci\u00f3n de crecimiento horizontal y flexible, se debe, m\u00e1s que nunca, a una falta de acci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica para exterminarla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Dentro de este segundo piso de la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n de la Federaci\u00f3n, la figura de la Primera Magistrada de la Naci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 de suma importancia, como deber\u00eda de haber sido en los sexenios del neoliberalismo y de Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador; cuyas actuaciones fueron, como hoy se sabe, muy corrompidas y ejemplificativas para varios procuradores, fiscales, ministerios p\u00fablicos y funcionarios de todo orden (existieron honrosas excepciones), esos err\u00f3neos ejemplos le dieron mucha atenci\u00f3n y prioridad del m\u00e1s alto nivel a la arbitrariedad, ilegalidad, impunidad y narco-pol\u00edtica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Nuestra Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n no fue ajena tampoco a tal prioridad. Recordemos, que uno de sus pilares fue designado por Vicente Fox y tuvo el atrevimiento en su momento de solicitar \u201cciento cincuenta millones de pesos y un automotor de alta gama, para obsequiar justicia a quien le asist\u00eda la raz\u00f3n y el derecho\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">As\u00ed, el desprestigio de nuestras fiscal\u00edas y tribunales se fue construyendo gracias a la corrupci\u00f3n de procuradores, fiscales, agentes del ministerio p\u00fablico, jueces, magistrados y un ministro de la Suprema Corte; hoy se debe de saber que esa corrupci\u00f3n caus\u00f3 un gran rechazo e indignaci\u00f3n en honestas togas de procuraci\u00f3n e impartici\u00f3n de justicia, lo cual result\u00f3 en su momento y actualmente, digno de consideraci\u00f3n, lo que hay que reconocer en este mes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Este d\u00eda parece de prop\u00f3sito para valorar la tit\u00e1nica tarea de excelentes servidores del entorno de justicia, quienes pretendieron cumplir cabalmente con su deber con todas las exigencias impuestas por la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, m\u00e1s sus superiores jer\u00e1rquicos no los dejaron, no les permitieron actuar con dignidad y no por ello la perdieron.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Este reconocimiento se dedica a esos letrados que se nos adelantaron, es un homenaje por su actuar. Fueron distinguidos letrados, que tuvieron el acierto de pretender que las instituciones a las cuales pertenec\u00edan respetaran la Suprema Ley, convocando a muchos de esos corruptos a seguir su ejemplo. Elaborar una lista de todos ellos, nos llevar\u00eda cientos de l\u00edneas para homenajearlos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Basta decir que hoy se encuentran en un sitial de honor en las ofrendas y rituales sagrados y tradicionales en M\u00e9xico, con los que se les reconoce, honra y recuerda, toda vez que esas togas en su momento se opusieron a la corrupci\u00f3n y a la narcopol\u00edtica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Es cu\u00e1nto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Lic.
