Tambi\u00e9n lanz\u00f3 una acusaci\u00f3n contra el Bur\u00f3 Federal de Investigaciones (FBI) de Estados Unidos, al asegurar que agentes de esa instituci\u00f3n habr\u00edan ofrecido protecci\u00f3n e inmunidad al excontralmirante Fernando Far\u00edas Laguna y a sus familiares a cambio de involucrarlo, junto con su padre, en el esc\u00e1ndalo del huachicol fiscal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: none; overflow: hidden;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/video.php?height=476&amp;href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Freel%2F3184601465059037%2F&amp;show_text=false&amp;width=267&amp;t=0\" width=\"267\" height=\"476\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Reconoce que conoce a Am\u00edlcar Ol\u00e1n, pero niega negocios<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Uno de los puntos centrales de su pronunciamiento fue su relaci\u00f3n con Jorge Am\u00edlcar Ol\u00e1n Aparicio, empresario tabasque\u00f1o cuyo nombre ha aparecido en investigaciones period\u00edsticas relacionadas con contratos p\u00fablicos y presuntos negocios con personas cercanas a los hijos del expresidente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">L\u00f3pez Beltr\u00e1n reconoci\u00f3 que conoce a Ol\u00e1n desde hace algunos a\u00f1os, cuando este se dedicaba a la comercializaci\u00f3n de materiales de construcci\u00f3n, pisos y piedras naturales en Villahermosa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Sin embargo, asegur\u00f3 que esa relaci\u00f3n no implica sociedades comerciales, complicidad ni participaci\u00f3n en operaciones de tr\u00e1fico de influencias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Tambi\u00e9n sostuvo que nunca intervino ante dependencias gubernamentales para conseguir contratos o beneficios para empresarios y record\u00f3 que desde julio de 2024 hab\u00eda rechazado p\u00fablicamente las versiones sobre supuestas recomendaciones para favorecer a determinadas compa\u00f1\u00edas.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00abNunca supimos de eso\u00bb, sostuvo al referirse a las presuntas actividades il\u00edcitas que se le atribuyen.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">El morenista insisti\u00f3 en que no existen pruebas que acrediten su participaci\u00f3n en el contrabando de combustibles y neg\u00f3 haber mantenido comunicaci\u00f3n con funcionarios de la Secretar\u00eda de Marina para intervenir en esas operaciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Acusa al FBI de ofrecer inmunidad a Fernando Far\u00edas Laguna<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La parte m\u00e1s delicada de su mensaje fue la acusaci\u00f3n dirigida a las autoridades estadounidenses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Andy asegur\u00f3 que agentes del FBI habr\u00edan viajado hasta Argentina para ofrecer protecci\u00f3n e inmunidad a Fernando Far\u00edas Laguna, quien fue detenido en ese pa\u00eds el 23 de abril de 2026 y posteriormente trasladado a M\u00e9xico para enfrentar el proceso penal relacionado con el huachicol fiscal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Seg\u00fan la versi\u00f3n del hijo del expresidente, el ofrecimiento habr\u00eda tenido como condici\u00f3n que Far\u00edas proporcionara informaci\u00f3n para involucrarlo tanto a \u00e9l como a L\u00f3pez Obrador en las actividades il\u00edcitas.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La FGR ha descartado, hasta ahora, investigarlo<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La controversia tiene otro elemento importante: la postura de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Desde el 17 de agosto, la instituci\u00f3n hab\u00eda rechazado que existiera una investigaci\u00f3n contra L\u00f3pez Beltr\u00e1n por huachicol fiscal, al asegurar que no contaba con datos de prueba suficientes para abrir una indagatoria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La posici\u00f3n volvi\u00f3 a ser tema de discusi\u00f3n a finales de octubre, luego de que se difundieran las declaraciones de Far\u00edas Laguna. La Fiscal\u00eda sostuvo que los se\u00f1alamientos conocidos no aportaban elementos suficientes para investigar a Andy y Ad\u00e1n Augusto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Mientras tanto, las investigaciones sobre la presunta estructura de contrabando de hidrocarburos contin\u00faan. De acuerdo con informaci\u00f3n difundida sobre el expediente, 17 personas hab\u00edan sido detenidas y llevadas a proceso penal por su presunta participaci\u00f3n en la red relacionada con el buque Challenge Procyon, que transportaba aproximadamente 10 millones de litros de combustible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Por otra parte, el secretario de Hacienda, \u00c9dgar Amador Zamora, hab\u00eda se\u00f1alado el 6 de octubre que la UIF no ten\u00eda investigaciones abiertas contra el llamado entorno empresarial de Andy L\u00f3pez Beltr\u00e1n.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Andy acusa una campa\u00f1a para golpear a su familia<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">En su pronunciamiento, L\u00f3pez Beltr\u00e1n tambi\u00e9n responsabiliz\u00f3 a empresarios y comunicadores de impulsar una campa\u00f1a para desacreditarlo y afectar pol\u00edticamente a su padre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Entre los personajes que mencion\u00f3 est\u00e1n el empresario Ricardo Salinas Pliego y los periodistas Carlos Loret de Mola y Ram\u00f3n Alberto Garza, a quienes se\u00f1al\u00f3 de participar en la difusi\u00f3n de versiones que, desde su perspectiva, buscan da\u00f1ar la imagen de la familia L\u00f3pez Obrador.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">El morenista sostuvo que no existen pruebas que acrediten las acusaciones y asegur\u00f3 que no dar\u00e1 marcha atr\u00e1s frente a lo que considera una ofensiva pol\u00edtica y medi\u00e1tica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Su mensaje llega en un momento en que el caso del huachicol fiscal sigue avanzando judicialmente y las investigaciones sobre la presunta red de contrabando de combustibles mantienen bajo escrutinio a empresarios, exfuncionarios y antiguos integrantes de la Secretar\u00eda de Marina.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El hijo del expresidente reconoci\u00f3 que conoce al empresario Am\u00edlcar Ol\u00e1n, pero neg\u00f3 tener negocios con \u00e9l o participar en operaciones il\u00edcitas; tambi\u00e9n acus\u00f3 a agentes estadounidenses de ofrecer inmunidad a Fernando Far\u00edas Laguna para obtener se\u00f1alamientos en su contra y contra su padre.
