En el lugar se reunieron empleados de distintas regiones del estado, integrantes de organizaciones sindicales que se sumaron a la jornada nacional de movilizaciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Entre las principales exigencias figura garantizar la existencia de medicamentos b\u00e1sicos y especializados, disponer de material de curaci\u00f3n suficiente y otorgar plazas definitivas a quienes contin\u00faan sin una base laboral.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Pero el reclamo va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los insumos m\u00e9dicos. Los manifestantes tambi\u00e9n demandan el pago de prestaciones que aseguran siguen pendientes, la equiparaci\u00f3n de beneficios laborales y la publicaci\u00f3n de los lineamientos necesarios para aplicar durante 2026 el periodo de descontaminaci\u00f3n dirigido al personal de base.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Otro punto de conflicto es la relaci\u00f3n entre las autoridades y las organizaciones sindicales. Los trabajadores piden que se respete la libre afiliaci\u00f3n, se regularicen las cuotas correspondientes y se garantice la participaci\u00f3n de sus representantes en las comisiones encargadas de asuntos laborales, escalaf\u00f3n y seguridad e higiene.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">El pliego presentado contempla ocho demandas iniciales y busca que los compromisos pendientes se traduzcan en soluciones verificables, no \u00fanicamente en acuerdos sin resultados, de acuerdo con los planteamientos expuestos por los inconformes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A las exigencias laborales se suma la preocupaci\u00f3n por las condiciones de algunas unidades m\u00e9dicas, cuya infraestructura, se\u00f1alaron los trabajadores, presenta deficiencias que requieren atenci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, durante la movilizaci\u00f3n no se detallaron los hospitales afectados ni el alcance de los problemas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La jornada en Xalapa ocurre despu\u00e9s de varias protestas registradas en hospitales p\u00fablicos de Veracruz durante septiembre y octubre, en las que trabajadores han denunciado carencias de medicamentos, materiales y personal especializado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Con esta nueva movilizaci\u00f3n, el sector salud vuelve a colocar sus demandas ante las autoridades estatales y federales.
