Esto no implica culpabilidad: cualquier responsabilidad deber\u00e1 determinarse mediante el proceso correspondiente y con respeto al debido proceso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ahora la reforma debe pasar por los ayuntamientos. Al tratarse de un cambio constitucional, necesita el respaldo de la mayor\u00eda de los 212 Cabildos de Veracruz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">En Poza Rica, la votaci\u00f3n puede ser cerrada. El Cabildo est\u00e1 dividido en partes iguales: cuatro regidores de Morena, una regidora del PT y una del PRI suman seis votos; PAN y Movimiento Ciudadano tienen otros seis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Si se produce un empate, la Presidencia Municipal cuenta con voto de calidad para resolverlo, de acuerdo con la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Municipio Libre, sum\u00e1ndose el de su Sindicatura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">No ser\u00eda la primera votaci\u00f3n dividida. En la reciente discusi\u00f3n sobre la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato, el Cabildo aprob\u00f3 la minuta por ocho votos contra seis. Morena, PT y PRI votaron a favor; PAN y Movimiento Ciudadano, en contra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La reforma elimina una protecci\u00f3n procesal para alcaldes y s\u00edndicos. Sus defensores consideran que facilitar\u00e1 las investigaciones por posibles delitos, mientras sus cr\u00edticos advierten sobre un posible uso pol\u00edtico de las investigaciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">En Poza Rica hay una presidenta municipal joven, Adanely Rodr\u00edguez, identificada con los principios de la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n y con una responsabilidad pol\u00edtica que trasciende la votaci\u00f3n de un solo Cabildo. La decisi\u00f3n que tome deber\u00e1 representar, ante todo, los intereses de los pozarricenses y el sentido de la reforma planteada por la gobernadora Roc\u00edo Nahle Garc\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Existe confianza en que la representaci\u00f3n de Poza Rica actuar\u00e1 conforme a los principios de la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n y valorar\u00e1 la eliminaci\u00f3n de estos fueros como plantea la reforma impulsada por la gobernadora Roc\u00edo Nahle Garc\u00eda.
