Ninguna persona les hab\u00eda pedido perd\u00f3n. Fue muy humanista\u00bb, revel\u00f3 Ferm\u00edn Flores, presidente de la Barra de Abogados y representante legal de las familias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">De acuerdo con el abogado, el gesto del titular del IMSS dej\u00f3 m\u00e1s tranquilos a los padres, aunque las denuncias penales siguen en pie. \u00abUna disculpa y un perd\u00f3n es reconocer un error, y eso es un lado humano que desconoc\u00edamos\u00bb, afirm\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">El encuentro tambi\u00e9n dej\u00f3 acuerdos inmediatos: apoyo terap\u00e9utico y m\u00e9dico integral para las familias, pago de gastos funerarios, una investigaci\u00f3n independiente a la de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica y cambios de fondo en el sistema del IMSS en Durango.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Uno de los puntos m\u00e1s sensibles, la necropsia, quedar\u00e1 a decisi\u00f3n de los padres. \u00abHablar de exhumar un cuerpo es tocar fibras sensibles\u00bb, explic\u00f3 Flores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Las familias han denunciado inconsistencias entre lo que vivieron dentro del hospital y lo asentado en los expedientes m\u00e9dicos, adem\u00e1s de que no se realizaron necropsias y no hay claridad sobre el brote bacteriano que habr\u00eda provocado las muertes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">El IMSS se comprometi\u00f3 a revisar el uso de insumos m\u00e9dicos, pues aunque existen, reconocieron que en ocasiones no se utilizan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Se fij\u00f3 una nueva reuni\u00f3n en 15 d\u00edas con Zo\u00e9 Robledo para dar seguimiento al caso.
