Hasta ahora, para proceder penalmente contra esas autoridades durante el ejercicio de su cargo, el Congreso deb\u00eda aprobar una declaraci\u00f3n de procedencia con el voto de dos terceras partes de sus integrantes. Si la reforma entra en vigor, ese paso dejar\u00e1 de ser necesario para los cargos municipales incluidos en la iniciativa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Nahle ha sostenido que el fuero no debe servir como obst\u00e1culo para la justicia y que la medida alcanzar\u00eda a autoridades de todos los partidos, incluido Morena. En el debate legislativo, el diputado H\u00e9ctor Yunes Landa expres\u00f3 la postura contraria: advirti\u00f3 que una investigaci\u00f3n penal podr\u00eda utilizarse para presionar pol\u00edticamente a funcionarios municipales y llam\u00f3 a los cabildos a rechazar la reforma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>La votaci\u00f3n del Congreso no retira de inmediato el fuero.<\/strong> La decisi\u00f3n pasa ahora a los ayuntamientos veracruzanos, cuyo respaldo es necesario para que la modificaci\u00f3n constitucional concluya su proceso.
