Las im\u00e1genes difundidas este martes exhiben un problema que no es nuevo y que evidencia que las reparaciones anteriores fueron insuficientes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Usuarios documentaron agua acumulada en el interior del Hospital de Especialidades \u201cAdolfo Ruiz Cortines\u201d, ubicado sobre la avenida Cuauht\u00e9moc. En los videos se observan recipientes colocados para recibir las goteras y personal atendiendo la contingencia con recursos improvisados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-88732 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/politicosaldesnudo.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/55f6336c-2d51-4d38-a5a4-9571bceef41e-768x1024.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Lo ocurrido no puede atribuirse \u00fanicamente a la intensidad de la lluvia. <strong>Desde junio pasado ya se hab\u00edan denunciado filtraciones, humedad, grietas y desprendimientos en los techos del \u00e1rea de Urgencias<\/strong>, incluso cerca de camillas y espacios destinados a la atenci\u00f3n de pacientes. Trabajadores afirmaron entonces que las fallas hab\u00edan sido reportadas previamente a la administraci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Tras aquel episodio, el IMSS Veracruz Norte inform\u00f3 que personal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil y Conservaci\u00f3n revis\u00f3 las instalaciones, retir\u00f3 el plaf\u00f3n afectado, acordon\u00f3 la zona y realiz\u00f3 labores de mantenimiento. La instituci\u00f3n asegur\u00f3 que el servicio continu\u00f3 funcionando y que tomar\u00eda medidas para proteger a pacientes y trabajadores.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Sin embargo, tres meses despu\u00e9s, las cubetas regresaron. La repetici\u00f3n de las filtraciones obliga a cuestionar si las acciones realizadas fueron una reparaci\u00f3n de fondo o solamente una respuesta provisional para superar la emergencia y apagar la cr\u00edtica p\u00fablica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Los antecedentes se remontan todav\u00eda m\u00e1s atr\u00e1s.
