font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>M\u00f3nica Aral\u00ed Soto Fregoso present\u00f3 este lunes 17 de agosto su renuncia como magistrada de la Sala Superior del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n (TEPJF)<\/strong>, cargo que ocupaba desde noviembre de 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La salida de Soto ocurre despu\u00e9s de haber encabezado la presidencia del m\u00e1ximo tribunal electoral del pa\u00eds, responsabilidad que asumi\u00f3 en enero de 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Hasta el momento, <strong>no se han dado a conocer p\u00fablicamente los motivos espec\u00edficos que llevaron a la magistrada a presentar su renuncia<\/strong>, ni se ha precisado oficialmente la fecha en que se har\u00e1 efectiva su separaci\u00f3n del cargo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La decisi\u00f3n resulta relevante debido a que <strong>su periodo como integrante de la Sala Superior todav\u00eda no hab\u00eda concluido<\/strong>, por lo que su salida anticipada abre interrogantes sobre las razones de la determinaci\u00f3n y el proceso que deber\u00e1 seguirse para cubrir la vacante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
