Alberto Woolrich Ortiz<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">La comentad\u00edsima y difundida columna anterior denominada \u201caberrantes lineamientos\u201d, que fuese publicada en el presente medio de comunicaci\u00f3n, no s\u00f3lo ha conmocionado a diversos informadores, sino a muchos pensantes libres del Pa\u00eds, incluso a algunos impartidores de justicia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Violentar de manera tan flagrante y descarada el derecho a la informaci\u00f3n y libertad de expresi\u00f3n contenidos en la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica, en parecer de la abogac\u00eda independiente es un hecho cierto que denota que a la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n de la Rep\u00fablica, le importa madres respetar nuestro Estado de Derecho, independientemente que es dicho Estado el que regula y ordena las relaciones entre gobernantes y gobernados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Los lineamientos expresados en la anterior colaboraci\u00f3n, de manera inconstitucional exigen a los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n, contar con un \u201cc\u00f3digo de \u00e9tica\u201d, para los efectos de impedir que sea difundida informaci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica que sea comparativa con la gobernanza actual. Obligando con ello a los medios a contar con lo que la Presidenta Constitucional se\u00f1ala como \u201cdefensores de la audiencia\u201d; en caso de no hacerlo as\u00ed, advirti\u00f3 que ser\u00e1n castigados y multados por la Comisi\u00f3n Reguladora de Telecomunicaciones, la cual curiosamente, es comparsa y se encuentra integrada por afines a Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador y Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Esas directrices fueron expuestas por la Asesora Jur\u00eddica de la Primera Magistrada de la Naci\u00f3n, las que van a controlar y someter a los medios de informaci\u00f3n para que se avasallen a las maquiav\u00e9licas consultas p\u00fablicas, las cuales, se reitera, tienden a silenciar y censurar a los medios para que solo divulguen lo que a los del Movimiento de Regeneraci\u00f3n Nacional le convenga. Como si la libertad de expresi\u00f3n fuera un circo al que s\u00f3lo pueden asistir los aplaudidores del gobierno.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Los aut\u00e9nticos juristas como Don Julio Jim\u00e9nez Mart\u00ednez, insisten en que el segundo piso de la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n de la Rep\u00fablica debe encontrarse siempre sometido al Derecho y a la Carta Republicana, ya que la soberan\u00eda debe de estar limitada objetivamente por las reglas del bien p\u00fablico, entre los que destaca esa libertad de expresi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">En el sue\u00f1o o affaire de sus lineamientos, se violentan a porf\u00eda, todas y cada una de las normas jur\u00eddicas de la Carta de Carranza, incluso aquellas de la decencia pol\u00edtica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Es cu\u00e1nto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Lic.
