Fuentes judiciales se\u00f1alaron que la diligencia se adelant\u00f3 para este jueves, sin embargo, no dieron motivos del aplazamiento.<\/p>\n<p class=\"nota-justify\">El expediente contra Duarte de Ochoa se judicializ\u00f3 en noviembre del a\u00f1o pasado y una semana despu\u00e9s se fij\u00f3 fecha para la celebraci\u00f3n de la diligencia; pero el abogado del ex mandatario estatal no acudi\u00f3 a la diligencia e inform\u00f3 que su cliente se encontraba delicado de salud.<\/p>\n<p class=\"nota-justify\">En aquella ocasi\u00f3n, el juez de Control del Reclusorio Norte, Aquiles Villase\u00f1or, pospuso la audiencia de Duarte de Ochoa.
