Ludmila Heredia Verdugo se convirti\u00f3 la noche de ayer lunes, en la primera mujer fiscal que hay en la entidad, ello, tras la renuncia voluntaria de quien ostentaba ese cargo, Petronilo D\u00edaz Ponce, a quien le restaba todav\u00eda un a\u00f1o en el cargo, pero por motivos personales present\u00f3 su separaci\u00f3n a dicha funci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
Heredia Verdugo era la subfiscal en funciones y cuenta con trabajo de varios a\u00f1os en la fiscal\u00eda en diferentes cargos.<\/p>\n
Ella estar\u00e1 al frente este \u00faltimo a\u00f1o que le restaba al anterior fiscal y lo m\u00e1s probable, es que en la pr\u00f3xima elecci\u00f3n que se tendr\u00e1 que realizar para elegir a un nuevo fiscal para un periodo de nueve a\u00f1os, Heredia podr\u00eda ser parte de las ternas que envi\u00e9 el ejecutivo estatal al Congreso local.<\/p>\n
