{"id":64497,"date":"2025-09-16T13:38:47","date_gmt":"2025-09-16T19:38:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noticiasveracruz.com\/?p=64497"},"modified":"2025-09-16T13:38:47","modified_gmt":"2025-09-16T19:38:47","slug":"recibe-senado-iniciativas-presidenciales-en-materia-de-amparo-y-proteccion-industrial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noticiasveracruz.com\/index.php\/2025\/09\/16\/recibe-senado-iniciativas-presidenciales-en-materia-de-amparo-y-proteccion-industrial\/","title":{"rendered":"Recibe Senado iniciativas presidenciales en materia de amparo y protecci\u00f3n industrial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"nota-justify\">El Senado recibi\u00f3 esta tarde dos iniciativas de la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum en materia de amparo y protecci\u00f3n industrial.<\/p>\n<p class=\"nota-justify\">La presidenta de la c\u00e1mara alta, Laura Itzel Castillo, inform\u00f3 que el primer proyecto busca reformar la Ley de Amparo, el C\u00f3digo Fiscal de la Federaci\u00f3n y la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Tribunal Federal de Justicia Administrativa, a fin de establecer un proceso de amparo efectivo y justo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"nota-justify\">En un mensaje en redes sociales, consider\u00f3 que con esta propuesta se promueve el acceso a la justicia y la protecci\u00f3n m\u00e1s eficiente y expedita.<\/p>\n<p class=\"nota-justify\">Se pretende tambi\u00e9n que el \u00d3rgano de Administraci\u00f3n Judicial incluya medios digitales, para determinar el inter\u00e9s leg\u00edtimo ante la lesi\u00f3n jur\u00eddica real y delimitar los plazos para resoluci\u00f3n, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p class=\"nota-justify\">La segunda iniciativa propone modificar la Ley Federal de Protecci\u00f3n Industrial para Fortalecer el Desarrollo Cient\u00edfico, Tecnol\u00f3gico y la Innovaci\u00f3n en M\u00e9xico, con el prop\u00f3sito de impulsar el desarrollo del pa\u00eds.
