Tuxpan, Ver., 30 de julio de 2025.- El H. Ayuntamiento de Tuxpan, a trav\u00e9s de la Comisi\u00f3n Municipal del Deporte (COMUDE), y el Instituto Mexicano de la Juventud (IMHUVE) te invitan a participar en la Rodada y Carrera por la Paz y Contra las Adicciones, que se realizar\u00e1 el domingo 10 de agosto, en el marco del D\u00eda de la Juventud.<\/p>\n

La salida es a las 8:00 de la ma\u00f1ana; las categor\u00edas y rutas ser\u00e1n las siguientes:<\/p>\n

5k Caminata\/Carrera \u2013 Saliendo del Puente Tuxpan hasta llegar al Parque Ribere\u00f1o<\/p>\n

10K Bicicleta – Saliendo del Parque Ribere\u00f1o, con retorno en el Puente Tuxpan, para volver al Parque Ribere\u00f1o.<\/p>\n

Pueden participar personas de todas las edades con su bici, patines, patineta, o simplemente corriendo.<\/p>\n

Se recomienda llevar agua para hidratarse antes y durante la rodada; revisar el funcionamiento correcto de la bicicleta; usar casco de manera obligatoria, as\u00ed como rodilleras y coderas en el caso de patines y patinetas; y utilizar protector solar.<\/p>\n
