{"id":59309,"date":"2025-06-26T00:21:31","date_gmt":"2025-06-26T06:21:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noticiasveracruz.com\/?p=59309"},"modified":"2025-06-25T22:46:14","modified_gmt":"2025-06-26T04:46:14","slug":"culpables-de-opinar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noticiasveracruz.com\/index.php\/2025\/06\/26\/culpables-de-opinar\/","title":{"rendered":"Culpables de opinar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>\u201cUno est\u00e1 tan expuesto a la cr\u00edtica como a la gripe.\u201d \u2013 Friedrich D\u00fcrrenmatt.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>En M\u00e9xico se vive un momento peligroso para la libertad de expresi\u00f3n: la figura de \u201cViolencia Pol\u00edtica en Raz\u00f3n de G\u00e9nero\u201d (VPRG), creada para proteger a las mujeres, est\u00e1 siendo manipulada para acallar voces inc\u00f3modas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>El reciente fallo SUP-REP-0116\u20112025, donde una actriz pol\u00edtica del PVEM logr\u00f3 sancionar a nueve personas \u2014incluida una ya fallecida al momento de la sentencia\u2014 exhibe con claridad ese riesgo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ahora, quienes critican con rigor son expuestos a denuncias que, por m\u00e1s que se argumenten legalmente, en la pr\u00e1ctica amenazan con silenciar al periodismo cr\u00edtico.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Esta forma de censura judicializada est\u00e1 creciendo. Casos como el de la tuitera Karla Estrella o los periodistas Jorge Gonz\u00e1lez, H\u00e9ctor de Maule\u00f3n y \u00c1ngel Camarillo evidencian c\u00f3mo se aplica la VPRG no para proteger, sino para inhibir expresiones inc\u00f3modas. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lo que comenz\u00f3 como una herramienta leg\u00edtima para combatir la violencia de g\u00e9nero en la pol\u00edtica, hoy sirve de escudo para acusaciones que tienen fines distintos: callar a quienes denuncian el exceso de poder y el cacicazgo en el ejercicio pol\u00edtico.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>El reciente fallo SUP\u2011REP\u20110116\u20112025 es preocupante: una figura reservada para proteger derechos, ahora se utiliza como arma para fustigar, sancionar y da\u00f1ar a personas que han emitido cr\u00edticas p\u00fablicas. Al sancionar incluso a una persona ya fallecida, el mensaje es claro: esto no es protecci\u00f3n, es persecuci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>El gobierno del presidente L\u00f3pez Obrador y ahora el de la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo han proclamado su compromiso con la libertad de expresi\u00f3n. Sin embargo, mientras hay palabras de elogio hacia el derecho a informar, sus actores pol\u00edticos \u2014en especial de Morena y sus aliados\u2014 utilizan herramientas legales para atacar a cr\u00edticos y periodistas con denuncias por VPRG. La contradicci\u00f3n es evidente: se habla de \u201clibertad\u201d, pero se act\u00faa como enemigos de la cr\u00edtica.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hoy, m\u00e1s que nunca, encontrar el equilibrio entre garantizar una vida libre de violencia para las mujeres y preservar el derecho a la cr\u00edtica y al escrutinio pol\u00edtico es prudente y urgente. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>No podemos permitir que la VPRG se convierta en una espada para derrotar a la prensa y voces independientes. La libertad de expresi\u00f3n es el sensor esencial del funcionamiento democr\u00e1tico: sin ella, no hay transparencia, no hay rendici\u00f3n de cuentas y, al final, no hay libertad.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Se necesita una reforma seria que restrinja el uso indebido de esta figura, que diferencie entre violencia y cr\u00edtica, y que proteja de verdad a quienes necesitan protecci\u00f3n, sin permitir el abuso.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Es tiempo de defender el derecho a hablar sin miedo.
