En entrevista con este reportero, anunci\u00f3 el inicio de un diagn\u00f3stico integral que contempla 28 reuniones con directores de escuelas primarias en todo el estado. El objetivo es identificar de primera mano las necesidades en infraestructura, personal docente y equipamiento, con miras a implementar soluciones efectivas que fortalezcan la educaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica en Veracruz.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Este enfoque proactivo subraya la importancia que la administraci\u00f3n de Nahle Garc\u00eda otorga a la educaci\u00f3n como pilar de la transformaci\u00f3n social. Al involucrar directamente a los l\u00edderes escolares en el proceso de diagn\u00f3stico, se garantiza que las pol\u00edticas educativas se basen en realidades concretas y no en supuestos. Adem\u00e1s, esta estrategia promueve una mayor participaci\u00f3n y corresponsabilidad de la comunidad educativa en la mejora del sistema.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>De igual forma y en paralelo, la Confederaci\u00f3n Nacional de Trabajadores Universitarios (CONTU) que encabeza el l\u00edder de la FESAPAUV, Enrique Levet Gorozpe ha solicitado al secretario de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, Mario Delgado Carillo, apoyo para fortalecer el sistema de pensiones de las universidades p\u00fablicas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>La CONTU busca que se asignen recursos al Fondo de Apoyo para las Reformas Estructurales de las Universidades P\u00fablicas Estatales, conocido como U-081, con el fin de asegurar la viabilidad financiera de las pensiones y jubilaciones del personal acad\u00e9mico y administrativo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>La preocupaci\u00f3n de la CONTU refleja una problem\u00e1tica que ha afectado a diversas instituciones de educaci\u00f3n superior en el pa\u00eds. La falta de recursos para cubrir las obligaciones pensionarias pone en riesgo la estabilidad laboral y el bienestar de miles de trabajadores universitarios.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>En este contexto, el modelo implementado por el Instituto de Pensiones del Estado de Veracruz (IPE) bajo la batuta de Daniela Griego Ceballos \u2013en su momento- podr\u00eda servir como referente para otras entidades federativas y universidades que enfrentan desaf\u00edos similares.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>El IPE ha sido reconocido por su capacidad para gestionar de manera eficiente los recursos destinados a las pensiones de los trabajadores del estado. Su enfoque en la transparencia, la sostenibilidad financiera y la atenci\u00f3n a las necesidades de los pensionados ha permitido mantener un sistema s\u00f3lido y confiable. Replicar este modelo a nivel federal podr\u00eda contribuir a solucionar las dificultades que enfrentan las universidades p\u00fablicas en materia de pensiones.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>La colaboraci\u00f3n entre los gobiernos estatales y federales es esencial para abordar estos retos. La disposici\u00f3n de la gobernadora Roc\u00edo Nahle Garc\u00eda para trabajar en conjunto con las autoridades educativas federales y las organizaciones sindicales demuestra una voluntad pol\u00edtica que podr\u00eda traducirse en mejoras significativas para el sector educativo en Veracruz y, potencialmente, en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Es imperativo que las iniciativas enfocadas en el diagn\u00f3stico y mejora de la infraestructura educativa vayan de la mano con pol\u00edticas que aseguren el bienestar de los docentes y personal administrativo.
