Para fortalecer el acceso a la justicia laboral, la Secretar\u00eda de Trabajo, Previsi\u00f3n Social y Productividad (STPSP) puso en marcha en este municipio y, de manera simult\u00e1nea, en sus 11 delegaciones, las Brigadas Territoriales.<\/p>\n
La estrategia se basa en la divulgaci\u00f3n, orientaci\u00f3n y resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos; a trav\u00e9s de la conciliaci\u00f3n este mecanismo es promovido como una herramienta \u00e1gil, eficaz y confiable para solucionar disputas laborales, fomentando el di\u00e1logo entre las partes involucradas.<\/p>\n
Como parte del Programa Veracruzanos de los 100 d\u00edas, la Secretar\u00eda acerca las herramientas de justicia laboral a las y los trabajadores en: Altotonga, Chontla, Coetzala, Huayacocotla, Isla, La Antigua, Las Choapas, Puente Nacional, Soteapan, Tierra Blanca, Tihuatl\u00e1n, Totutla, Uxpanapa y Yecuatla.<\/p>\n
El secretario Luis Arturo Santiago Mart\u00ednez resalt\u00f3 el \u00e9xito de los Centros De Conciliaci\u00f3n Laboral, donde ocho de cada diez casos son resueltos exitosamente, consolid\u00e1ndose como una soluci\u00f3n permanente y confiable, tambi\u00e9n agradeci\u00f3 a la directora general del Centro de Justicia Laboral de Veracruz (Coecol), Nayely Landa Gonz\u00e1lez, por su liderazgo en esta materia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
