Oaxaca (99.93%), Jalisco (99.12%) y Colima (97.57%) presentaron los mayores niveles de impunidad; mientras que\u00a0Michoac\u00e1n (76.26%), Quer\u00e9taro (78.74%) y Guanajuato (79.82%) reportaron los menores \u00edndices.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Para el fuero federal, este indicador fue de 95.53% en 2022, \u00faltimo a\u00f1o con datos disponibles.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div id=\"dfp-nota-1x1s\" data-google-query-id=\"CNvfsvuxvIkDFR7wGAIdrEsHaQ\">\n<div id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/2000002\/la-prensa\/mexico_nota_1x1_0__container__\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">As\u00ed lo se\u00f1ala el reporte Hallazgos 2023: seguimiento y evaluaci\u00f3n del sistema de justicia penal, de la organizaci\u00f3n civil, M\u00e9xico Eval\u00faa, quien precisa que los delitos con mayor impunidad fueron desaparici\u00f3n forzada (99.5%), extorsi\u00f3n (98.4%), fraude (97.2%) y homicidio doloso (96.8%). En comparaci\u00f3n con el a\u00f1o anterior, aument\u00f3 la impunidad en secuestro (+4.2%), desaparici\u00f3n (+3%) y homicidio (+1.1%); mientras que disminuy\u00f3 en narcomenudeo (-2.2%), feminicidio (-1.9%) y violencia familiar (-1.8%).<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el 2023, el 93.6% de los delitos investigados en nuestro pa\u00eds, quedaron impunes a nivel nacional.
