Ren\u00e9 T\u00e9llez Medina, en representaci\u00f3n del alcalde Lic. Jos\u00e9 Manuel Pozos Castro; el edil comisionado en Protecci\u00f3n Civil, Amado Guti\u00e9rrez Lima; las regidoras y los regidores Mar\u00eda del Pilar Mart\u00ednez Matesanz, Juan G\u00f3mez Garc\u00eda, Lucero Res\u00e9ndis Ambrocio, Luis Demetrio L\u00f3pez Mar\u00edn y Axel Bernal Herrera; la Lic. Natalia Lorenzo, en representaci\u00f3n de la regidur\u00eda tercera.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">De igual manera, el Capit\u00e1n de Fragata CG DEM Roberto Burgos Ojeda, Jefe de Operaci\u00f3n de la Quinta Zona Naval; el Mayor de Infanter\u00eda Gabriel de Jes\u00fas del \u00c1ngel Gallegos, en representaci\u00f3n de la 19\u00aa Zona Militar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">El Ing.
