{"id":35918,"date":"2024-07-17T07:48:17","date_gmt":"2024-07-17T12:48:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noticiasveracruz.com\/?p=35918"},"modified":"2024-07-17T07:48:17","modified_gmt":"2024-07-17T12:48:17","slug":"vuelve-el-uso-de-cubrebocas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noticiasveracruz.com\/index.php\/2024\/07\/17\/vuelve-el-uso-de-cubrebocas\/","title":{"rendered":"Vuelve el uso de cubrebocas"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>M\u00e9xico enfrenta un repunte significativo en los casos de COVID-19<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>19 hospitales en el pa\u00eds reportan m\u00e1s del 50% de ocupaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>En el Hospital del ISSSTE hay un incremento del 68% de SARS-CoV-2<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Por Miguel \u00c1ngel Cristiani G.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Aunque las autoridades del sector salud en el estado y a nivel federal no han querido lanzar la voz de alerta para no alarmar a la poblaci\u00f3n, lo cierto es que se est\u00e1 registrando un repunte significativo en los casos de COVID-19, por lo que se hace necesario volver a usar el cubre bocas, como se hizo al inicio de la pandemia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">En una nota publicada en el peri\u00f3dico El Financiero de este martes, se informa que M\u00e9xico enfrenta un repunte significativo en los casos de COVID-19. La Secretar\u00eda de Salud reporta que, a mediados de junio, la tasa de positividad alcanz\u00f3 un 28%, comparada con el 15% del a\u00f1o pasado en la misma fecha.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Actualmente, 19 hospitales en el pa\u00eds reportan m\u00e1s del 50% de ocupaci\u00f3n en sus \u00e1reas de enfermedades respiratorias, con dos hospitales en Guerrero e Hidalgo al 100% de su capacidad. El Hospital 20 de Noviembre en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico muestra signos de saturaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Por lo anterior es que ya en el ISSSTE se est\u00e1 manejando un oficio interno dirigido a los trabajadores y becarios del Hospital Regional B Veracruz Alta Especialidad ISSSTE, en donde se dice que en las \u00faltimas dos semanas se ha identificado en personal de este Hospital un incremento en el porcentaje de positividad a las pruebas de SARS-CoV-2 que sobrepasa el 68%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">En las benditas redes sociales tambi\u00e9n se ha publicado que en la UPV ya hay 10 casos positivos por lo que hay que retomar el uso\u00a0del\u00a0cubrebocas<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">En el oficio que se maneja como un comunicado interno se establece:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">A los trabajadores y becarios del: Hospital Regional B Veracruz Alta Especialidad ISSSTE En las \u00faltimas dos semanas se ha identificado en personal de este Hospital un incremento en el porcentaje de positividad a las pruebas de SARS-CoV-2 que sobrepasa el 68%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Este incremento es similar al reportado por la Direcci\u00f3n General de Epidemiologia (DGE) de este pa\u00eds, por lo que, se establecen las siguientes indicaciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Se retoma el uso estricto de cubrebocas (KN-95 o tricapa) en los servicios de urgencias (adultos, pediatr\u00eda y toco).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Todo paciente con cuadro respiratorio se le debe proporcionar cubrebocas, ya sea hospitalizado o ambulatorio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Los servicios de consulta externa deben usar cubrebocas por la alta susceptibilidad.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">El personal con s\u00edntomas respiratorios debe mantener el uso de cubrebocas de forma continua y acudir a revisi\u00f3n al servicio de urgencias.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Los trabajadores y becarios de este Hospital que requieran ser muestreados para COVID-19 deben ser referidos del servicio de Urgencias al departamento de Epidemiologia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Mantener estricto apego a las recomendaciones de las precauciones basadas en los mecanismos de transmisi\u00f3n (precauciones est\u00e1ndar, de contacto, v\u00eda a\u00e9rea, gotas, inmunocomprometidos).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Permanecer en \u00e1reas comunes como el comedor, el tiempo m\u00ednimo necesario para el consumo de alimentos.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">La gravedad de los casos hasta este momento es baja; sin embargo, los grupos de mayor riesgo son los no vacunados contra COVID-19, los que tengan m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o de no recibir ning\u00fan refuerzo, los menores de 1 a\u00f1o y los mayores de 65 a\u00f1os, mujeres embarazadas y aquellas personas inmunocomprometidas o con descontrol de sus enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u00abEvitemos la transmisi\u00f3n intrahospitalaria, sigamos las recomendaciones establecidas\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0Entonces m\u00e1s vale volver al uso de cubre bocas, para evitar los contagios que como ya se ha visto pueden ser fatales.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>M\u00e9xico enfrenta un repunte significativo en los casos de COVID-19 19 hospitales en el pa\u00eds reportan m\u00e1s del 50% de ocupaci\u00f3n En el Hospital del ISSSTE hay un incremento del 68% de SARS-CoV-2 Por Miguel \u00c1ngel Cristiani G.
