Grupo M\u00e9xico, del magnate Germ\u00e1n Larrea, busca obtener concesiones para seis rutas de trenes de pasajeros en diversos puntos del pa\u00eds; en tanto, la empresa internacional Kansas City Southern de M\u00e9xico plante\u00f3 propuestas para dos m\u00e1s, dio a conocer ayer el titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Infraestructura, Comunicaciones y Transportes (SICT), Jorge Nu\u00f1o, durante la ma\u00f1anera, que se realiz\u00f3 en esta ciudad del sureste mexicano al presentar la iniciativa de reforma constitucional para que se retome el servicio.<\/span><\/p>\n

El presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador se\u00f1al\u00f3 que con esa reforma se recuperar\u00e1n 18 mil kil\u00f3metros de v\u00edas f\u00e9rreas. Es un proyecto muy importante que queremos dejar muy avanzado para que la nueva administraci\u00f3n pueda llevarlo a cabo<\/q>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Desde la estaci\u00f3n del Tren Maya en esta localidad, el titular de la SICT coment\u00f3 que dos concesionarias de trenes de carga han presentado proyectos: Grupo M\u00e9xico y Kansas City Southern de M\u00e9xico.<\/span><\/p>\n

Estas empresas est\u00e1n desarrollando ya los estudios de factibilidad, que tardar\u00e1n entre cinco y siete meses para determinar cu\u00e1les son los montos de inversi\u00f3n, la estimaci\u00f3n de los costos de ingenier\u00eda y las alternativas de financiamiento<\/q>, plante\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n

En una l\u00e1mina que el secretario present\u00f3, se detalla que a trav\u00e9s de su subsidiaria Ferromex, Grupo M\u00e9xico pretende ir por cuatro rutas: 1) M\u00e9xico-Quer\u00e9taro-Le\u00f3n-Aguascalientes; 2) Manzanillo-Colima-Guadalajara-Irapuato; 3) M\u00e9xico-Quer\u00e9taro-Guadalajara-Tepic-Mazatl\u00e1n-Nogales, y 4) Aguascalientes-Chihuahua-Ciudad Ju\u00e1rez.<\/span><\/p>\n

La misma empresa, con su subsidiaria Ferrosur, ha planteado otras dos corridas: 1) M\u00e9xico-Veracruz-Coatzacoalcos, y 2) Quer\u00e9taro-San Luis Potos\u00ed-Monterrey-Nuevo Laredo.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kansas City Southern est\u00e1 interesada en dos rutas: 1) M\u00e9xico-Quer\u00e9taro, y 2) Quer\u00e9taro-San Luis Potos\u00ed-Monterrey-Nuevo Laredo.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Las propuestas ser\u00e1n revisadas por las autoridades pertinentes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nu\u00f1o indic\u00f3 que la propuesta de reforma al art\u00edculo 28 de la Constituci\u00f3n reconoce al transporte ferroviario de pasajeros como un \u00e1rea prioritaria para el desarrollo nacional<\/q>.<\/span><\/p>\n

El Insurgente estar\u00e1 listo en agosto<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

La intenci\u00f3n es elevar a rango constitucional la recuperaci\u00f3n para impulsar trenes de pasajeros a lo largo de los 18 mil kil\u00f3metros que se tienen hoy concesionados para carga.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nu\u00f1o tambi\u00e9n dio a conocer que en el Tren El Insurgente, que conectar\u00e1 Toluca con la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, se invertir\u00e1n cerca de 100 mil millones de pesos y estar\u00e1 concluido en agosto de este a\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, el Tren Suburbano en su ramal Lecher\u00eda-AIFA tiene 48 por ciento de avance y se concluir\u00e1 en junio. La inversi\u00f3n es de 25 mil 800 millones y conectar\u00e1 la estaci\u00f3n Buenavista, en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, con el aeropuerto Felipe \u00c1ngeles en 39 minutos.<\/span><\/p>\n

Asimismo, el titular de la SICT inform\u00f3 de los avances en la entrega de obras de infraestructura carretera. Mencion\u00f3 que se han concluido y entregados 85 por ciento de los proyectos en todo el pa\u00eds y el 15 por ciento restante quedar\u00e1 terminado antes de terminar esta administraci\u00f3n<\/q>. Con esto se completar\u00e1n 551 obras con m\u00e1s de 8 mil 100 kil\u00f3metros y una inversi\u00f3n superior a 228 mil millones de pesos.<\/span><\/p>\n
