{"id":23518,"date":"2024-01-10T09:32:50","date_gmt":"2024-01-10T15:32:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noticiasveracruz.com\/?p=23518"},"modified":"2024-01-10T09:32:50","modified_gmt":"2024-01-10T15:32:50","slug":"inversion-fija-bruta-crecio-1-9-en-octubre-de-2023-inegi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noticiasveracruz.com\/index.php\/2024\/01\/10\/inversion-fija-bruta-crecio-1-9-en-octubre-de-2023-inegi\/","title":{"rendered":"Inversi\u00f3n fija bruta creci\u00f3 1.9% en octubre de 2023: Inegi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">En octubre, la inversi\u00f3n fija bruta, integrada por los bienes utilizados en el proceso productivo de M\u00e9xico, retom\u00f3 su crecimiento que interrumpi\u00f3 en septiembre, impulsada por la construcci\u00f3n residencial, revel\u00f3 el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda (Inegi).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">De acuerdo con el Inegi, el Indicador Mensual de la Inversi\u00f3n Fija Bruta (FBCF) de octubre de 2023 se ubic\u00f3 en 118.5 puntos, lo que represent\u00f3 un avance de 1.9 por ciento con respecto al mes previo, lo que represent\u00f3 una recuperaci\u00f3n del descenso mensual que registr\u00f3 en septiembre de 1.5 por ciento, tras 13 lecturas consecutivas al alza. Con respecto al mismo mes de 2022, la inversi\u00f3n repunt\u00f3 24.7 por ciento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">El dato de octubre estuvo favorecido por la construcci\u00f3n residencial, cuyos gastos mostraron un impulso r\u00e9cord de 11.3 por ciento mensual y de 20.1 por ciento anual. Mientras que la no residencial creci\u00f3 1.6 por ciento mensual, pero no pudo contrarrestar la ca\u00edda de 11.9 por ciento mensual que report\u00f3 en septiembre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Por componente y con datos ajustados por estacionalidad, en octubre de 2023, los gastos efectuados en maquinaria y equipo total &#8211;de origen nacional e importado&#8211;, cayeron 0.6 por ciento mensual, luego del avance de dos meses consecutivos; mientras que se desaceler\u00f3 de manera anual a 17.8 por ciento.
