{"id":22765,"date":"2023-12-27T12:01:14","date_gmt":"2023-12-27T18:01:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noticiasveracruz.com\/?p=22765"},"modified":"2023-12-27T12:01:14","modified_gmt":"2023-12-27T18:01:14","slug":"cifra-historica-de-trabajadores-independientes-en-el-pais-en-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noticiasveracruz.com\/index.php\/2023\/12\/27\/cifra-historica-de-trabajadores-independientes-en-el-pais-en-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Cifra hist\u00f3rica de trabajadores independientes en el pa\u00eds en 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"col col1\">\n<p class=\"s-s\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Ante una cifra hist\u00f3rica en M\u00e9xico de trabajadores independientes y ocupados por cuenta propia, en 2024 arrancar\u00e1 de lleno y legalmente una nueva figura legal con el objetivo de que puedan afiliarse de manera voluntaria al Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) y adem\u00e1s realizar aportaciones al Infonavit y as\u00ed obtener un cr\u00e9dito o abonar a su subcuenta de retiro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">De acuerdo con datos de la Encuesta Nacional de Ocupaci\u00f3n y Empleo, que elabora el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda (Inegi), el n\u00famero de trabajadores independientes ascendi\u00f3 a 16.34 millones al cierre del tercer trimestre de 2023, la cifra m\u00e1s alta que se tiene registro desde que se empez\u00f3 a contabilizar en 2005. En tanto, los trabajadores por cuenta propia sumaron 13.5 millones, mientras los empleadores suman 4.1 millones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">As\u00ed, alrededor de 34 millones de trabajadores independientes o por cuenta propia podr\u00e1n gozar de beneficios importantes que antes no ten\u00edan y que ahora con la Ley del IMSS gozar\u00e1n de seguro para enfermedades; pago de incapacidades por enfermedad; seguro por maternidad; por riesgo de trabajo; por invalidez y de vida; seguro de retiro; por cesant\u00eda en edad avanzada y vejez; guarder\u00edas y prestaciones sociales, entre otras.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Edgar Enr\u00edquez V\u00e1zquez, presidente de la comisi\u00f3n representativa ante organismos de seguridad social (CROSS) del Instituto Mexicano de Contadores P\u00fablicos (IMCP), explic\u00f3 que a inicios del 2021, fueron dadas a conocer las reglas de un programa piloto para la incorporaci\u00f3n voluntaria al r\u00e9gimen obligatorio del Seguro Social, de los denominados\u00a0<q>personas trabajadoras independientes<\/q>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">A finales de noviembre de 2023, se modific\u00f3 la Ley Federal del Trabajo, la Ley del Seguro Social y la Ley del Infonavit para que, de manera arm\u00f3nica, cuando una persona se haya inscrito voluntariamente al r\u00e9gimen obligatorio, pueda realizar aportaciones al Infonavit y con esto se le permita obtener un cr\u00e9dito o abono a su subcuenta de retiro.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col col2\">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cCon lo anterior se prepar\u00f3 el camino para que el multicitado programa piloto forme parte del texto de la Ley del Seguro Social mediante la publicaci\u00f3n en el\u00a0<em>Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n<\/em>\u00a0del primero de diciembre de 2023, y con esto nace legalmente el t\u00e9rmino de trabajador independiente o por cuenta propia\u201d,
