Ayuntamiento de Tuxpan, a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n de Ingresos informa a los contribuyentes del Impuesto Predial que, debido al cierre del a\u00f1o 2023, dicho impuesto se cobrar\u00e1 hasta el pr\u00f3ximo martes 19 de diciembre del a\u00f1o en curso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">El horario de atenci\u00f3n en las ventanillas de pago es de 9:00 a 14:00 horas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Lo anterior, debido a que la base de datos del Impuesto Predial se enviar\u00e1 a la Direcci\u00f3n de Catastro del Estado para su actualizaci\u00f3n catastral, por los movimientos de altas, bajas, fusiones o subdivisiones de los predios, para que dicha base est\u00e9 actualizada para el cobro del impuesto predial 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Se hace de su conocimiento para que tomen las precauciones necesarias respecto al pago de este a\u00f1o y a\u00f1os anteriores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Se exhorta a la poblaci\u00f3n a ponerse al corriente en sus contribuciones patrimoniales, y que con ello el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o puedan disfrutar de los descuentos del 20 % para p\u00fablico en general y el 50 % para pensionados, jubilados y personas de la tercera edad; siempre y cuando cumplan con los requisitos establecidos en los art\u00edculos 113, 114, 115, 116, 117, 118, 120 y 121 del C\u00f3digo Hacendario Municipal para el Estado de Veracruz.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tuxpan, Ver., 6 diciembre 2023.- El H.
