Sostuvo que muchas familias sienten que tener un hijo con preferencias sexuales diversas es un castigo de Dios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Durante su segundo Informe de labores, en un discurso que ofreci\u00f3 en la explanada del palacio de gobierno de Culiac\u00e1n el 2 de diciembre, en pleno D\u00eda Internacional de las Personas con Discapacidad, coment\u00f3 que en Sinaloa\u00a0<q>tenemos controlado el tema de las adicciones, que est\u00e1 m\u00e1s feo, mucho m\u00e1s que tener a un hijo con discapacidad o tener a un hijo homosexual<\/q>.
