Un mandato judicial exhibe grillas al m\u00e1s alto nivel.<\/span><\/p>\n

El Juez S\u00e9ptimo de Distrito en Materia Civil de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico orden\u00f3 embargar a CIBanco por deudas a empresas petroleras.<\/span><\/p>\n

El monto no es alto: 33 millones 541 mil d\u00f3lares, pero son parte de una factura pendiente y un litigio superior a 120 millones de d\u00f3lares.<\/span><\/p>\n

Los reclaman las empresas Trese de Ricardo Alfredo Silva y Grupo Empresarial Anacar representado por Antonio Fuentes Rodr\u00edguez.<\/span><\/p>\n

El pleito avanza y alg\u00fan d\u00eda, a tiros y tirones, deber\u00e1n pagarse esos contratos celebrados en el sexenio antepasado pero metidos en un intr\u00edngulis jur\u00eddico.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sobre todo porque el mandato judicial ha pedido al Registro P\u00fablico de la Propiedad una lista de bienes inmuebles de CIBanco, la ha proporcionado y est\u00e1n en capilla alrededor de 65.<\/span><\/p>\n

La situaci\u00f3n estar\u00eda m\u00e1s simple si Petr\u00f3leos Mexicanos (Pemex) hubiese entregado el dinero de manera directa, pero lo deposit\u00f3 en pesos y en un juzgado local a pesar de ventilarse el pleito en uno federal y en d\u00f3lares, como indica el contrato.<\/span><\/p>\n

PEMEX vs. HACIENDA<\/span><\/h4>\n

La semana pasada dimos cuenta aqu\u00ed de la mala situaci\u00f3n financiera de Pemex.<\/span><\/p>\n

Octavio Romero Oropeza pidi\u00f3 una cita urgente con el secretario de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico, Rogelio Ram\u00edrez de la O, de la cual no se tiene noticia.<\/span><\/p>\n

Los acreedores de la empresa de Estado cuentan en voz alta un fen\u00f3meno: hay muy malas relaciones entre Romero Oropeza y Ram\u00edrez de la O.<\/span><\/p>\n

-Por eso Pemex se hunde. No recibe el dinero que necesita para operar y cubrir costos -dice un empresario en lista de espera de pagos.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ser\u00eda una mala noticia para el pa\u00eds reeditar un conflicto como el habido en el sexenio anterior entre Emilio Lozoya y Luis Videgaray, cuyas consecuencias conocemos por escandalosas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Con una acotaci\u00f3n de esta columna: nadie compara a ambos directores en t\u00e9rminos de corrupci\u00f3n y con Odebrecht al acecho en pos de grandes contratos y enormes beneficios.<\/span><\/p>\n

Y menos a fines del sexenio.<\/span><\/p>\n

PLAZA A UN MILL\u00d3N<\/span><\/h4>\n

1.- El secretario general del Sindicato Nacional de Trabajadores de la Educaci\u00f3n (SNTE), Alfonso Cepeda, ha apostado muy alto.<\/span><\/p>\n
